Yes. The free correction mode runs on your Android device. Premium explanations and conversation use an online service and need an internet connection.

What does Premium add?

Premium adds clear explanations in English and relevant follow-up conversation in German, alongside sentence correction. Try Premium free for 7 days, then €5.99/month. Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. The free offline correction mode remains available without a subscription.

Is it for beginners or advanced learners?

It’s designed to help you work with your own German sentences. You can use it for everyday messages or focused grammar practice. The English explanations help you understand why a change was made.

Are my sentences private?

In offline correction mode, your sentences are processed on your device. Premium uses online processing. Review the privacy policy linked on the Google Play listing for full details.

Can I use it on an iPhone or in my browser?

German Tutor is currently available as an Android app. This website introduces the app; it does not provide a browser-based tutor.
